From your estimate all the way to project completion, it is our goal to provide you with a professional experience every step of the way. Our staff and project managers will be available to answer any questions you may have. We can also provide you with alternate options and solutions to existing problems.

We don’t consider your payment the end of our association. We will be here to assist you with any question or concerns you may have and we also provide maintenance.

THE PROCESS

When you contact our office, your call will be answered by one of our office staff. Any questions you have will be answered by knowledgeable personnel. Requests for quotes will be forwarded to an estimator who will schedule a time to evaluate your project.
Once your estimate is complete you will receive a proposal providing you with the available options to achieve your desired goal. It will show a detailed, step by step, description of the procedures and materials that will be used to install and/or maintain your pavement.
Upon acceptance of our Proposal, you will be placed into our schedule and your job will be completed in as timely a manner as our Schedule and Mother Nature will allow. Special scheduling needs will be accommodated to the best of our ability.
Upon completion of your work, you will be given a maintenance booklet containing information to protect and maintain your pavement. Please take the time to read this as soon as possible to avoid damaging your pavement.
After completion, you will be provided with website information for the BBB. If you would like to share your experience with our company you can submit a review.
